"Ain't My Jesus Something" by Amanda Joy Powell: Groove While You Praise


Amanda Joy Powell's "Ain't My Jesus Something" is a new song released to radio, and what a sound it is! Amanda describes it as an upbeat praise song to make you get your groove on! She wrote this song with a simple goal in mind, to remind us that we don't "need" to have a reason to praise Jesus, and sometimes we need a bit of help emotionally to get there! He's already worthy of all glory.

You don't need to stand on rooftops and shout it out! Be open for those divine promptings that nudge you to share what Jesus means to you.

I was kind of curious what the word "Storge" means, so I had to look it up. According to Wikipedia, "Storge is a Greek word that refers to natural, familial affection or love, particularly the bond between parents and children, as well as among family members and close friends. It is characterized by familiarity, dependence, and loyalty, often rooted in kinship bonds and shared experiences." Sounds very familiar?
