"We Carry The Kingdom" by Isabel Maggie: Living as Ambassadors of God’s Love

Isabel Maggie's "We Carry The Kingdom" is a bold song about embracing our role as ambassadors of God's Kingdom in our daily lives. People around us watch what we say and do, as reflected in lyrics such as "We carry the kingdom in every step we take" and "Let's go tell the world of Jesus love and truth". We are called to shine His light, break chains, and share the gospel wherever we go. This doesn't mean knocking on doors; we all have our talents; it's about declaring who we are in Christ through our deeds and example.

Isabel Maggie - We Carry The KingdomThe song was born out of Isabel's desire to remind us that we're not called to be undercover Christians. We have a higher calling. As she explains, when we carry the Kingdom, we do so with God's Spirit and strength, and that makes the impact of our message unstoppable. We have a powerful message to share about the hope and purpose we have found in Him, "We have a king that overcame the grave" and "He rewrites every story for a brand new start". We have a God who has a heart for the lost and heals "broken vessels to shine His light."

A song backed by Scripture (Matthew 28:19–20, 2 Corinthians 5:20, Philippians 2:14–15), and challenges us to live boldly as Christ's ambassadors. May this song encourage you to step into your role as ambassador, and inspire you to move forward with confidence and joy.

(Related scripture: Matthew 28:19-20; 2 Corinthians 5:20; Philippians 2:14-15)

'Lonely Dirt Road' by Dax: A Journey to Solitude and God

Dax's 'Lonely Dirt Road' is a conversation that Dax has with himself and God. Dax shares his journey of turning mental health walks into healing solitary drives. As you listen, you can almost feel the cruise, where it's just you, your thoughts, and God.  The chorus is so relatable: 'When I need space, that's where I go, a place to escape that nobody knows.' What do you do when life's pressures stack high? Do you also have a space where you can let go? That lonely dirt road that Dax sings about symbolizes solitude, but it is also an incredible opportunity for connecting with God.  Dax's honesty is raw and relatable. 'I didn't want my family to see me cry… dealing with the pressure of trying to provide.' There are times when we all put on a smile to hide how challenging situations may be. Like his father, Dax says that he finds peace on this lonely road, where challenges become opportunities to grow. This shows the core of our faith: that...

Brandon Lake - Praise You Anywhere (CCM)

'Praise You Anywhere' by Brandon Lake is a powerful anthem that encourages us to turn to praise in every season of life. No matter the circumstances we face, choosing to praise God will shift our perspective and ignite faith within us. The lyrics of the song remind us that in the midst of darkness, fire, and challenges, we can dance, sing, and praise God. We are called to worship even when it doesn't make sense and to boldly face the giants that stand before us. The song emphasizes the power of praising God in the highest, acknowledging His worthiness of all our praise. Brandon Lake's heartfelt message resonates with the reality that there are times when we find ourselves in prisons and battles. However, even in those moments, we can cry out to heaven, stand firm, and worship with our hands held high. The song encourages us to trust that God will bring us through, and in response, we will praise Him anywhere. The bridge of the song beautifully highlights God's faith...

"The Christ" by NewSpring Worship: Answering the Call to Confess

NewSpring Worship's new release, called "The Christ", invites us to answer Jesus' timeless question: "Who do you say that I am?" The song takes us to the scene of Mark 8:29, where Jesus and His disciples were on their way to Caesarea Philippi, and He asked His disciples: "Who do men say that I am?" After the disciples answered, Jesus turned the question around and made it personal… He asked them: "But what about you? Who do you say I am?' Peter answered, 'You are the Messiah.'" Tom, one of the members of NewSpring Worship shared: "… we want that to be a confession of every individual in our church and outside of our church. And we want that to be a confession of everybody." That's the heart of the song. Ask yourself, if you had been there together with the other disciples on that road with Jesus, what would your answer be to His question, "Who do you say that I am?" With this song, you have the oppor...
