"Always" by Angelo Vivo: Rooted in Faith, Wrapped in Grace

Angelo Vivo's "Always" is a beautiful and inspiring song. The song was co-written together with two talented songwriters from the San Francisco Bay Area, Savannah and Abraham. The lyrics were inspired by Isaiah 41:10, where we can read God's promise to all, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Angelo Vivo - AlwaysThe verses capture the intimate connection that God offers us, describing it as "an endless embrace" and "a love that never fades." His promise gives a hint of the kind of comfort we may find in Him, a feeling of comfort and safety that feels like home, a peace that is so profound that nothing can shake it. Everyone that has invited God to be an active part of their lives knows, "It's simple, He's blessing me." It highlights that faith isn't complicated when you recognize that He is constantly taking care of you. His comfort is for all who accept Him as their Lord and Savior, and you too may experience that "always" means that His presence is eternal, guiding and surrounding you no matter what storms you may face in life.

May this song encourage you to invite God to lead you on your journey, whether you're just beginning or have been walking His path for years. The lyrics are a reminder to live boldly in faith and be anchored in His love.

'Lonely Dirt Road' by Dax: A Journey to Solitude and God

Dax's 'Lonely Dirt Road' is a conversation that Dax has with himself and God. Dax shares his journey of turning mental health walks into healing solitary drives. As you listen, you can almost feel the cruise, where it's just you, your thoughts, and God.  The chorus is so relatable: 'When I need space, that's where I go, a place to escape that nobody knows.' What do you do when life's pressures stack high? Do you also have a space where you can let go? That lonely dirt road that Dax sings about symbolizes solitude, but it is also an incredible opportunity for connecting with God.  Dax's honesty is raw and relatable. 'I didn't want my family to see me cry… dealing with the pressure of trying to provide.' There are times when we all put on a smile to hide how challenging situations may be. Like his father, Dax says that he finds peace on this lonely road, where challenges become opportunities to grow. This shows the core of our faith: that...

"Sunlight (Storge)" by Chelsea Chaisson: Reminisce the Simpler Times

(by Jasper Tan) Feel good, light-hearted, easy listening track. That's how I find Chelsea Chaisson's new single called "Sunlight (Storge)." I was kind of curious what the word "Storge" means, so I had to look it up. According to Wikipedia, "Storge is a Greek word that refers to natural, familial affection or love, particularly the bond between parents and children, as well as among family members and close friends. It is characterized by familiarity, dependence, and loyalty, often rooted in kinship bonds and shared experiences." Sounds very familiar? Of course, it should be, because as per the description, it actually describes what Christian love is. Or should I say how God loves us as His children? Chelsea was inspired to write this song by reminiscing about her childhood, marked by simpler times spent with her cousins and their grandma.  Countless times, we always heard the saying that we all should have faith like a child. The reason for that i...
