"Ain't My Jesus Something" by Amanda Joy Powell: Groove While You Praise


Amanda Joy Powell's "Ain't My Jesus Something" is a new song released to radio, and what a sound it is! Amanda describes it as an upbeat praise song to make you get your groove on! She wrote this song with a simple goal in mind, to remind us that we don't "need" to have a reason to praise Jesus, and sometimes we need a bit of help emotionally to get there! He's already worthy of all glory.

There's no holding back as Amanda sings, "Ain't no doubt about it // I can get excited // God is moving // Oh to be a witness // Of His love and goodness // It keeps me singing." With lines like "I want to tell the world what He's done for me," it's impossible not to feel the urge to somehow, somewhere, share your own story with others. You don't need to stand on rooftops and shout it out! Be open for those divine promptings that nudge you to share what Jesus means to you.
