"Be Still (Live)" by Hope Worship: Stillness is a Verb


Does it feel like the world's spinning too fast, tension building up, and were waiting for chaos to errupt? That's exactly what triggered 'Be Still (Live)' by Hope Worship. The lyrics are inspired by Psalm 46:10 - "Be still, and know that I am God."

It emphasizes that we may worship God in all parts of our lives, any time, any place. "In the stillness I'll exalt you," "in the chaos I'll exalt you." No part of our lives is off-limits for praise. "I'll be still and know you're God." 

Hope Worship shared the following about Psalm 46:10: "these words reminded us that stillness is not about doing nothing." May this song remind you that chaos isn't the end… worship is the response.
