Dax has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called 'Depression'.

Looking at some of the songs we chose this week, I get the impression that the theme placed in our hearts this week is 'depression'. There have been so many songs released recently that touch on this subject. I'm glad to see that this song by Dax, which was first made available on YouTube, has now been made available on the major streaming platforms. 

One of those topics that makes people uncomfortable is depression, and we are frequently tempted to be the only ones doing the talking. However, it is more crucial to allow others to express their thoughts. Simply listen, be present, and invite God into the situation. Dax shares: ''Depression' is a personal song I wrote. Share this with anyone and everyone and let's continue to make an IMPACT. Somebody out there needs this. Love you all...Thank you.'  

If you're struggling with depression, talk to someone about it. Share it with others. A listening ear is typically only a phone call away, or as close by as the nearest church.

Josephine Grace - Higher Than the Heavens (CCM)

Josephine Grace has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called Higher Than the Heavens. Josephine shared her story behind this song:  Some songs come quickly, some come slowly. This one was definitely the latter! It was way back in 2011 when I made a home demo of the first version of this song - it was moodier with completely different chords, melody and lyrics - and then it sat on the shelf (or more literally, on an external hard drive full of archived files) until the back end of last year. I’ve done some studying online with Hillsong College this past year and a half and at some point I’d explored what being wholehearted towards God means.
