"I Will Lift My Voice" by Nicole Spowart: Seeking God’s Face Through Worship


Nicole Spowart's "I Will Lift My Voice" is a powerful song about longing to know God more intimately. With lyrics like "I wanna know You more" and "Show me Your glory Lord," the song reflects the heart's cry that many have to be closer with the Father, and at the same time it offers help when we struggle to seek His presence above all else. The song is an invitation to lift our voices in praise, magnify His name, and glorify Him alone, declaring, "It's Your face I seek!" Some may say, "I wish this were me," and the beauty is that this change of heart is within our reach with His help.

She was writing and crying out in her heart to know Him more. When the song was recorded and delivered over the internet, a physical healing occurred. Nicole's husband had placed his hand on a BBQ the day before, and it blistered. When the song came through, they were healed!! Nicole truly believes that this song has the touch of heaven—and perhaps a healing anointing as well. 

May this song help to create an atmosphere of worship in your heart that invites you into God's presence and leads you closer to His heart. He promises that your yearning for intimacy with Him will not go unanswered and that He will encourage you in your walk.

"Forever" by Randy Wade: The God Who Has Always Been

The King who reigns forever also reigns over you. Before a single star burned in the sky, before the first mountain rose from the earth, God was. Worship Pastor and Contemporary Christian songwriter Rev.
