Mari Ramsey - I Don't Know (CCM)

Mari Ramsey has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called 'I Don't Know'. This is one of the songs from the 'Devine Intervention' album that Mari recently released. This is an incredible testimony, and the type of song that deserves listening to the lyrics.  Mari shares: ' This song was written when I was in foster care 5 years ago. Me and my foster dad wrote it together. It was one of my darkest moments in my life and the song explains it in the beginning. But as I got exited my time in Foster care, I realized that my life was still in the hands of a Gracious God no matter where I was physically. So this song is my life anthem, the reason I still release music.' Mari's journey through the pain and frustration of a young man searching for his identity, as well as the joy of knowing that Jesus is by his side, is beautifully captured in the song. Works In Progress has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called 'More to Life'. The song is about looking for meaning and fulfilment in temporary things and feeling left empty, realising that there is more to life. Tom & Jack (Works in Progress) began as a jam session between two friends. This turned into a young growing Brisbane-based pop duet. Tom came to Australia in early 2021 on his own musical adventure, where he first met Jack at a local church. They seek to spread messages of optimism by showcasing their true selves. Dax - Depression (CCM)

Dax has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called 'Depression'. Looking at some of the songs we chose this week, I get the impression that the theme placed in our hearts this week is 'depression'. There have been so many songs released recently that touch on this subject. I'm glad to see that this song by Dax, which was first made available on YouTube, has now been made available on the major streaming platforms.  One of those topics that makes people uncomfortable is depression, and we are frequently tempted to be the only ones doing the talking. However, it is more crucial to allow others to express their thoughts. Simply listen, be present, and invite God into the situation. Dax shares:  ''Depression' is a personal song I wrote. Share this with anyone and everyone and let's continue to make an IMPACT. Somebody out there needs this. Love you all...Thank you.'    If you're struggling with depression, talk to someone about

Arina Mai - Paramount (CCM)

Arina Mai has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called 'Paramount'. Arina Mai's new single 'Paramount' is the perfect soundtrack for days when you need to remind yourself that you are good enough, that you have a lot of potential, and that you have raw strength.  From a musical standpoint, the track fits in very well in the pop genre. It has a rhythm-driven verse that leads up to a bombastic and magnificent chorus that reminds us of Madonna's "Ray of Light." Arina Mai's vocals are confident, delicious, and well-trained, and she delivers an important message to the listener: "Do what you see with your invisible eyes. Make your own unique identity and invest in yourself. Put it into action, share it with others, and inspire them." Arina Mai grew up in a small town near Copenhagen, Denmark. She began singing at the age of eight and wrote her first song when she was thirteen. Her favorite instrument is the piano. Her intere
