Nia Purpose is a Christian singer, songwriter, and speaker who grew up singing and listening to a capella at worship services at her home congregation and at a cappella concerts around the Carolinas.  She naturally developed a love for a cappella music, an ear for harmony and blending, and a gift for creating a cappella arrangements.  As an artist, she combines a unique blend of vocal styles to create a fun and fresh a cappella sound stacked with harmonies and rich bass.

“Nia” is a Swahili name meaning “purpose”.  Nia Purpose’s music contains relevant messages that resonate with the soul and encourage all to serve God with purpose in spite of personal imperfections.

In addition to singing and songwriting, Nia Purpose speaks at women’s and youth events and orchestrates events for young adults to be educated and inspired to pursue their purpose.
