Robert Coello has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called Pull Back The Veil."As a worship leader for over two decades I have crafted many songs", says Robert. "Sometimes, spontaneously the words will come first and other times the melody. There have been many times that I sat and meditated and through the theme of my thoughts, I begin to have a dialogue with God which in turn becomes a very personal intimate prayer, declaring my love, my need my brokenness, my gratitude and/or just my declaration to Him about how I view Him. Pull back the veil is one of these songs. I was in a place even after many years of following hard after God that I felt very insecure and not really sure of my identity as a result of the other hats that I wore where I found more validation. This particular song was a very deep heart cry asking God to 'Pull Back the Veil', and show me, reveal to me how He sees me. I know that I am not alone when it comes to this subject of feeling like we've lost our identity. In fact, I believe that it's part of our journey and His grace and love for us , draws us back to that place where we reconnect with our first love. I wrote this song for 'that', crowd. My greatest desire is that as people listen to this song, its words really just echo the very thoughts that they have but hadn't really found the right words to express to God. That we all may discover our full identity and value in Him alone. Anything else that we allow to take that place will leave us nothing less than spiritual bankrupt."
