Adrian and Emma-Jean Galliard - I Believe (CCM)

Adrian and Emma-Jean Galliard have released a beautiful new cover song ‘I Believe’ on Spotify last week. The song was also released a while back on Youtube.

This lovely song was made famous by Katherine Jenkins and Andrea Boccelli. We love this song a lot (as you might have guessed) and feel it's really appropriate for this mad, mad time when we're all struggling with the effects of COVID-19 on our lives.  We hope you enjoy it and that it brings you some comfort during what is a very stressful time for so many people.

Lyrics:

One day I'll hear
The laugh of children
In a world where war has been banned
One day I'll see
Men of all colors
Sharing worlds of love and devotion
Stand up and feel
The Holy Spirit
Find the power of your faith
Open you heart
To those who need you
In the name of love and devotion
Yes I believe
I believe in the people
Of all nations
To join and care
For love
I believe in a world
Where light will guide us
And giving our love
We'll make heaven on earth
I believe in a world
Where light will guide us
And giving our love
We'll make heaven on earth

Songwriters: Eric Levisalles / Yvan Eric Cassar

'Lonely Dirt Road' by Dax: A Journey to Solitude and God

Dax's 'Lonely Dirt Road' is a conversation that Dax has with himself and God. Dax shares his journey of turning mental health walks into healing solitary drives. As you listen, you can almost feel the cruise, where it's just you, your thoughts, and God.  The chorus is so relatable: 'When I need space, that's where I go, a place to escape that nobody knows.' What do you do when life's pressures stack high? Do you also have a space where you can let go? That lonely dirt road that Dax sings about symbolizes solitude, but it is also an incredible opportunity for connecting with God.  Dax's honesty is raw and relatable. 'I didn't want my family to see me cry… dealing with the pressure of trying to provide.' There are times when we all put on a smile to hide how challenging situations may be. Like his father, Dax says that he finds peace on this lonely road, where challenges become opportunities to grow. This shows the core of our faith: that...

"Breathe A New Life – In Me" by Keith Garrett – When Faith Changes Your Story

Keith Garrett, also known as R.K.A. -  Keith Lessert, released a song called "Breathe A New Life (In Me)." The song is a call for renewal, to leave the past behind and embrace a fresh beginning. Garrett acknowledges that taking the first step to a fresh clean start isn't always easy, but you're not alone: "Eternity came and healed me within."   The lyrics give an example of the steps that lead to the change that God brings. Garrett reflects on days of self-reliance, stormy struggles, and a hardened heart. Living recklessly and being trapped in a cycle of pride and selfishness. You can run from God, but you can't hide… There will be moments in life when you realize that God is at your door. The moment that you let Him come in is when change happens: "But when I met You // You made it fade away…cause // You breathe a new life…" He doesn't come empty-handed, He brings freedom from chains, newfound vision, and purpose rooted in grace.  What ma...
