Rachel Morley, Orin Joshua Mozon - Redefining Good - Live (CCM)

Rachel Morley and Orin Joshua Mozon released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called Redefining Good - Live.

Rachel Morley, Orin Joshua Mozon - Redefining Good - LiveRachel writes: "We wrote this song to serve as an invitation into celebrating Good Friday with greater intention. We wanted to reflect and remember His prior faithfulness, celebrate and evaluate His current faithfulness, and look forward to His inevitable coming faithfulness. This is encompassed in the word “Maranatha.” It’s an Aramaic word meaning “O Lord Come.” It means that He was prophesied to come, He came, and He is coming again, and our response is “COME.” The early Church used this as a greeting similar to Shalom or Aloha. It spoke peace, hope, and encouragement to fellow believers. His coming, His presence, is the solution to every problem, the fulfillment of every longing.

May this song serve as an invitation to see Him rightly and fully instead of familiarly or comfortably."

Lyrics:

VERSE 1
Your mercy is in midnight, holding steady through the dawn
Your kindness sits in grieving just as much as empty tombs
You’re not just God in breakthrough
You’re with me in the middle of the trial

CHORUS:
You’re redefining good
It’s more than what I understood
You’re redefining love
With the shedding of your blood
You’re redefining truth
Because the truth is found only in You

VERSE 2
Your truth is all around me
Love is never far away
There’s no more separation
You already tore the veil
I’m anchored in Your presence
This is the reward for all You paid

BRIDGE:
You are the solution to every problem
You are the fulfillment of every longing

Tag: found only in you

CHORUS 2:
You’ve redefined good, it’s more than what I understood
You’ve redefined love with the shedding of your blood
You’ve redefined truth because the truth is found only in you

SPONTANEOUS:
There’s only one truth, there’s only one good, there’s only one love
and His name is Jesus
His name is Jesus

There’s only One
who’d stretch out His arms on a cross for me
Maranatha, Maranatha come, Jesus come
for your Bride again
this One Man is coming
with your healing touch to a broken world
put an end to our divisions
come and heal our brokenness, Lord
Heaven invade now now now

The One who was and is and is to come
King Jesus
The Worthy Lord
Beautiful Jesus

The Spirit and the Bride say come x3 Lord Jesus

Here comes the Bride
we’re ready
Purified
Here we are ready, hungry, longing for the Bridegroom
Longing for the Worthy One
Make us ready
Make us holy
Beautiful Jesus
Here we are, every walk of life, every tribe tongue and nation
Oh what a beautiful procession of praise
Here we are, here we are
Here we are, we are ready
