Isaac Thompson - I'm Still Falling (CCM)

Isaac Thompson - I'm Still Falling
Isaac Thompson has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called 'I'm Still Falling'.

This song is a lovely mix of fragile and expressive emotions, and it serves as a reminder to all that He is always faithful.

Isaac shares: 'I started writing this song during the first lockdown. A prayer saying 'God please don't leave us this way, alone. Give us another chance.' I felt like we were just wasting all our time away waiting & running from something we could never conquer on our own. But also there's that comforting of knowing that God always stays the same even when we fail. Like the verse 'if we are faithless, he remains faithful— for he cannot deny himself.' 2 Timothy 2:13

That's the feeling but also one of general repentance. 'Don't leave us in spite of our many sins & failures.''

"Your Love" by Kevin Winebarger - When Mercy Becomes Your Identity

Kevin Winebarger teamed up with Joshua Frerichs and Benji Cowart to create this beautiful song. "Your Love" tackles that discouraging voice we all hear from time to time, the one that whispers that we're not enough and that we are defined by our past. "Once a liar, always a liar," and all kinds of variations along this same line of thought. This song isn't about wallowing in shame. "Your Love" is a celebration of the grace that changes everything.  The opening lines hit hard: "I could believe that I'm not enough // It's clear to see I don't measure up." Yep, we've all been there! But this isn't how God want us to be defined… He loved us first! "It's just what You've done // Because of Your love." That's the heart of everything.  Kevin places the change the God brings into perspective, "I could believe that my mistakes // Will follow me down into the grave // But I'm not who I was....

We praise you Lord, and give you glory For the things that you've done When passing through the gates of splendor We rest in you, through endless days We go in faith, our own great weakness feeling And needing more, each day your grace to know Lord keep us safe and grant to us your courage To lift your name, and in your triumph g...
