Brian Nixon has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called 'Morning Prayer'.

We have the gift and reminder in this lively, piano-rock, driving-drums, heart-thumping tune that 'how you spend your days, of course, is how you spend your life. Brian says: 'Maybe it's not a great prayer, as that goes, but it's mine for my life. Perhaps it's also not the best song title. But, again, it's my prayer for myself, and perhaps it'll be yours as well.' This is the second track and the lead single off brian's upcoming debut full-length album. Brian pointed out that if you listen closely, you may hear a heartbeat! (Listen for the heartbeat at 2:28)

Brian Nixon is a writer, artist, musician, and teacher. He holds degrees from California State University, Stanislaus (BA), Veritas Seminary (MA), and Oxford Graduate School (D.Phil.).

Brian is a staff pastor at Calvary Albuquerque and a former member of a southern California rock band. He enjoys writing about the arts in general, but particularly about the three words known in philosophy as the transcendentals — truth, beauty, and goodness.
