Celtic Worship - Because He Lives - Single Version (CCM)

Celtic Worship - Because He Lives - Single Version
Celtic Worship has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called 'Because He Lives - Single Version'.

Celtic Worship is a music collective composed of some of Scotland's finest folk musicians who blend traditional and contemporary Christian music with the sound of their native land to make worship music that is both unique and inspiring. In 2017, Celtic Worship was assembled for a one-time event and has since developed into a trailblazer in the Celtic Christian sphere, reinterpreting old hymns and writing new Scottish ecclesiastical music inspired by their cultural context. Among the musicians in the group are Steph Macleod, Mhairi Marwick, Scott Wood, Gus Stirrat, Naomi Stirrat, Ifedade Thomas, and Chris Amer, all of whom come from diverse backgrounds and styles. A blend of these distinct voices and different genres capped with the unifying love of God is what sets Celtic Worship apart with its distinctive sound. They are musicians who have a passion for sharing Jesus through meaningful music, while also combining their artistry as professional musicians. With their rustic and complex sonority infused with bagpipes, whistles, and fiddle, Celtic Worship has become a recognized name in worship far beyond their own land, making frequent stops in Scandinavia and much of Europe.

Lyrics:

Because He lives, I can face tomorrow
Because He lives, all fear is gone
Because I know, He holds the future
And life is worth the living
Just because He lives

God sent His Son, they called Him Jesus
He came to love, heal and forgive
He bled and died to buy my pardon
An empty grave is there to prove
My Savior lives

And then one day, I'll cross that river
I'll fight life's final war with pain
And then as death gives way to vict'ry
I'll see the lights of glory
And I'll know He lives

'Lonely Dirt Road' by Dax: A Journey to Solitude and God

Dax's 'Lonely Dirt Road' is a conversation that Dax has with himself and God. Dax shares his journey of turning mental health walks into healing solitary drives. As you listen, you can almost feel the cruise, where it's just you, your thoughts, and God.  The chorus is so relatable: 'When I need space, that's where I go, a place to escape that nobody knows.' What do you do when life's pressures stack high? Do you also have a space where you can let go? That lonely dirt road that Dax sings about symbolizes solitude, but it is also an incredible opportunity for connecting with God.  Dax's honesty is raw and relatable. 'I didn't want my family to see me cry… dealing with the pressure of trying to provide.' There are times when we all put on a smile to hide how challenging situations may be. Like his father, Dax says that he finds peace on this lonely road, where challenges become opportunities to grow. This shows the core of our faith: that...

"Manna from Heaven" by Angela Charles: Trusting His Provision No Matter What

"Manna from Heaven" by Angela Charles is a beautiful reminder of God's faithfulness and encourages us to stand firm in every trial or challenge we may face. Angela highlights that "despite how difficult times may get, victory is the Lord's, and our enemy is defeated!"   The lyrics of the song are filled with examples of this confidence: "When water's deep and I can't stand // You are my mountain, God, You are my land." It's a reminder that even when we surrender, "When giving up, I lift my hands," God remains unshakable. The song recalls some of the miracles: "You sent Manna from Heaven // You split the Red Sea // You fed the 5000," and shows how this applies to us, "I know you won't forget me." As we have seen in the past and in the present, God provides and protects when we place our trust in Him and follow His lead.  God knows exactly where we are and what we are going through: "In darkest t...

Casting Crowns - Scars in Heaven (CCM)

Casting Crowns has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called Scars in Heaven. We really love the chorus of this song! Such a powerful message of hope! "The only scars in Heaven, they won't belong to me and you There'll be no such thing as broken and all the old will be made new And the thought that makes me smile now even as the tears fall down Is that the only scars in Heaven, yeah, are on the Hands that hold you now"  Here are the full lyrics for this beautiful song: Lyrics: Verse 1] If I had only known the last time would be the last time I would have put off all the things I had to do I would have stayed a little longer, held on a little tighter Now what I'd give for one more day with you [Verse 2] 'Cause there's a wound here in my heart where something's missing And they tell me that it's gonna heal with time But I know you're in a place where all your wounds have been erased And knowing yours are healed is healing minе [C...
