"Living Proof" by Island Tribe Collective: When His People Unite, Mountains Move

The group invites us into a celebration of faith, utilizing the culture from the Caribbean islands and how they express it as a living proof of God's goodness. The song talks about our faith and the new beginnings that are promised to us after we overcome our struggles and hardships.

Island Tribe Collective - Living ProofTheir repeated proclamation of "Lord, I'm living proof" aims to drive down the message that each one of us is already a living proof of God's faithfulness love, and mercy. We all have our own unique faith experiences and stories that could somehow inspire the people around us. So for those of us who have been know for our strong faith, being able to overcome our struggles and testify about it, brings a more concrete testimony and "living proof" of God's presence in this world. It's something that our friends could draw inspiration from. So we should never discount the possibility that we are God's instruments where his presence could be reflected from. 

"Living Proof" is a perfect reminder that at the end of the day the battle can be won here on Earth. And it is up to us if we would want to stand by God and be his instruments in bringing forth a message that by putting our faith and hope in him will always result to redemption and triumph. 

"Chains are falling, mountains have to move" - and so they will.

Background:

This is for everyone who almost gave up, but kept going. Everyone who cried, prayed, trusted, and still showed up. You are the evidence that God is faithful. You are living proof of God's grace, His strength, and His promises being fulfilled. It is a declaration that through every trial, every setback, and every season, God's goodness still speaks.

This Island Tribe Collective was built on the belief that the Caribbean carries a powerful worship sound that the global church has yet to fully experience united together in this way. The vision is not limited to the current artists involved. As the movement continues to grow, so will the sound and the voices involved. Tomorrow begins a new chapter & we're all invited!
