Have you searched for love in all the wrong places?
Brady wrote “Worthy Of All Praise” at 4 am, wide awake and wrestling with some really tough obstacles that he was facing at the time. He’d spent a season chasing love in places that left him empty. At one point, he remembered who God actually is — not a distant idea, but a living, rising, never-failing presence. The lyrics capture that exact moment: “What love is like this? His love is priceless. A love that would live, a love that would die, a love that’s gonna rise again.” Brady shares: “Our God’s love transcends all understanding and his power towers over all. If there is anything that I would love my listeners to get from this song, it is that no matter where you are, and no matter how hopeless you think you are, there is a God who you can cling to and embrace through any season of life.”
In Revelation 1:8 we read: “‘I am the Alpha and the Omega,’ says the Lord God, ‘who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.’” Brady emphasizes this truth throughout the song, naming God as the beginning and the end, the one name above every other name.
Here’s where the message gets personal. You don’t need to have your life figured out before you praise God. Brady wrote this song from a place of desperation, not victory. Possibly that’s the same place where you are right now — tired, searching, unsure if anyone’s listening. You may bring that exact mess to God anyway. His strength doesn’t wait for you to get strong first.
So, stop hunting for substitutes. Stop waiting for things to calm down and get sorted out. Praise him now, in the chaos, because His love already proved itself on a cross and in an empty tomb. Let His strength become your strength today. Let His love replace whatever you’ve been settling for.
So, turn “Worthy Of All Praise” on. May it remind you who’s actually worthy of your trust. “There’s no one else but You, because nothing else will do.”

Background:
"Worthy Of All Praise" is my latest single and definitely one of my favorites. It's always amazing when you get to write a song that not only has an impact on others, but also impacts you as you remember where you were when you wrote it, and more importantly; how it reminds you of how good your God always was, and always is. I remember being in a place of desperation when this song was being written. I woke up really early at around 4am, focused on some really tough obstacles that I was facing at the time. After a season of searching for love in all the wrong places, I remembered who the God I serve truly is. "What love is like this? His love is priceless. A love that would live, a love that would die, a love that's gonna rise again." Our God's love transcends all understanding and his power towers over all. if there is anything that I would love my listeners to get from this song, it is that no matter where you are, and no matter how hopeless you think you are; there is a God who you can cling to, and embrace through any season of life. Let his strength be your strength. Let his love be your love. Because it will never fail. The Alpha, Omega, beginning and end is truly "Worthy of All praise."
