In a world that is frequently filled with chaos and confusion, it is easy to lose sight of what truly matters. But, in the midst of it all, Jacquelyn's song 'Kingdom' reminds us of what is truly important. Jacquelyn shares that 'Kingdom' is based on scripture found in Matthew 6:9-13 and Luke 11:2-4, better known as the Lord's Prayer. The lyrics express a deep desire for His will to be done, as well as our willingness to follow Him wherever He leads us. One of the song's lines that stick in my mind is 'Let my desires be Your desires, I wanna love just like You do.' A line in the lyrics that makes me ask myself if I can truly love as He does. I know that I'm not perfect, but I can still aim to let go of my own desires and seek what it is that God wants me to do and discover what truly matters in today's world.
