"Tell The World" by JIMMY ROCK: Spreading Light Through Faith

"Tell The World" by JIMMY ROCK, featuring K Anthony, is a high-energy song with a clear mission: to inspire you to shine the light of His gospel into the world. The song comes from a desire to spread God's love into the world… a 'world' that is on a downward slope toward more and more hate and intolerance. The 'world' isn't going to heal by itself.

JIMMY ROCK - Tell The WorldThis song is a call to action and a celebration of faith in motion. "This song is about showing God's love and preaching the gospel everywhere," Jimmy explains. The song reminds us of a passage in Matthew 5:14–16, "You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

The opening lines set the tone: "We no fit keep this light inside // Let's shine it far and wide." It's a reminder that faith isn't meant to stay hidden. From Lagos to Rome, Jimmy encourages us to "Go tell the world // No delay, oh // Jesus they save, oh." We see the urgency around us, and we also feel and celebrate the joy that His light brings into our lives.

The second verse points out ways that we can shine His light: "Love isn't just talk // It shows in how we walk it // Help the weak, lift the low." Some have received a gift to share His word through speech, and others (maybe that's most of us) are gifted with the ability to shine His light through tangible acts of kindness. Use these gifts with confidence: "Anywhere I step // I carry this grace // No fear, no shame."

May this infectious rhythm and bold call to action inspire you to stand up and shine His light into the world.

LYRICS: Some may say it’s hopeless They must have never met my God  Some may say it’s over But it was finished on the cross Some may say it’s broken But the Healer’s in the room  Some may say it’s hopeless But I know    God’s about to move...   There’s a miracle in the works I can feel it There’s revival in the church I believe it   Some may see an ocean But He’s made a highway through Some may see a mountain  But we’ve seen a mountain move Some may see a graveyard But we’ve seen His empty tomb Some may see a battle But I know   Reignite us, reawaken Breath of God, come breathe again Like the dry bones started shaking All that died will live again  Oh the miracle You’re making The beginning not the end Eternity is waiting  To see Your church alive again   You are my miracle Jesus You are my miracle   #BryanandKatieTorw...

"Empty Hand" by Marcus & Jalyn McGill: Embracing God’s Presence as the Ultimate Gift

The idea behind Marcus & Jalyn McGill's new song, "Empty Hand," was triggered by a deeply personal season of infertility. One of their writers, Jennifer, had a vision where God was extending His hand to her, not holding the longed-for child, but an empty hand offering something much greater… His presence in the waiting. This vision became the center of this song and is an important message for anyone who is holding onto a wish/longing for a miracle that hasn't come to pass.  In this song we hear the message that comes along with His extended hand. "I've been watching as you've been waiting / As you focus on your lack," reminding us that it's so easy to get trapped in our pain when prayers don't seem to be answered. It's a pain that distracts and causes us to forget that He's "… more than enough." God already has a miracle for you, "I'm holding out My hand to you // Don't think because it's empty // I h...
