Josh has been suffering from a severe crippling depression, which he is aware is only temporary. According to Josh, God desires to heal our mental health. Depression does not come from God. Josh Fata - Jumping In

It gives the lyrics of this song a deeper meaning when you realize how depression is currently affecting Josh' life.

Josh closes: "Praying for all of you who may have depression today. And of course, if you could pray for me, I would love that too!!!"
